不同品位沸石对肉鸭生长、养分代谢及屠宰性能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Quality Zeolites on the Growth, Nutrient Metabolism and Slaughter Trait for Ducks

摘要 选取1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭540只,随机分成3组,每组设6个重复。第1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,第23、组在基础日粮中分别添加3%普通沸石和3%的高品位沸石,研究不同品位沸石对肉鸭生产性能、养分消化率、血液生化指标及屠宰性能的影响。结果表明:饲料中添加普通沸石和高品位沸石对肉鸭前期平均日增重、料重比影响差异不显著(P>0.05);高品位沸石使肉鸭后期平均日增重提高4.01%(P<0.05),料重比略有升高(P>0.05)。添加高品位沸石能显著提高肉鸭后期干物质、粗蛋白和能量的表观消化率(P<0.05),并使肉鸭前期血清总蛋白(TP)提高7.50%(P<0.05),三酰甘油(TG)提高47.42%(P<0.01),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性提高31.54%(P<0.05);肉鸭后期血清TP和TG分别提高10.87%、50.00%(P<0.05)。普通沸石和高品位沸石均显著降低了肉鸭后期血氨(BA)的浓度(P<0.05)。高品位沸石能显著提高肉鸭屠体率(P<0.05)。沸石对肉鸭生产性能、养分消化率、血液生化指标及屠宰性能有一定的改善作用,且高品位沸石优于普通沸石。 An experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding different quality zeolites into diets on the performance,digestibility of nutrients,serum biochemical indices and the slaughter trait for ducks.540 one-day-old Cherry Valley ducks were assigned randomly into three groups with six replicates for each.The control group was fed common diet and the other two test groups were fed diets added with 3% common zeolite or high quality zeolite respectively.The results showed that the supplementation of common quality zeolite and high quality zeolite did not affect the average daily gain and feed conversion rate in starter phase(P0.05).The high quality zeolite significantly increased average daily gain by 4.01%(P0.05) and decreased feed conversion rate in finisher phase(P0.05).Compared with the control group,the drymatter digestibility,protein digestibility and the energy digestibility increased significantly for high quality zeolite group in finisher phase(P0.05).High quality zeolite significantly increased the contents of serum total protein(TP),triacylglycerol(TG) and the alkaline phosphatase(ALP) by 7.50%(P0.05),47.42%(P0.01),31.54%(P0.05) respectively in starter phase and significantly increased the contents of serum TP and TG by 10.87% and 50.00% respectively in finisher phase(P0.05).Supplementation with every kind of zeolite significantly decreased the contents of blood ammonia(BA) in finisher phase(P0.05).Rate of carcass significantly increased for high quality zeolite group(P0.05).In conclusion,the supplementation of zeolites in diet improved the performance,digestibility of nutrients,serum biochemical indices and the slaughter trait for ducks and the high quality zeolite was more effective than the common one.
