摘要
采用CO2插入法合成了三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚环碳酸酯。通过对不同反应体系CO2消耗量的对比讨论了反应温度、压力和不同催化剂及用量对反应的影响,并以红外光谱、核磁共振谱进行表征。结果表明,三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚中的环氧基团生成了环碳酸酯基团,当以质量分数3%~4%四丁基溴化铵为催化剂,在120℃、2 MPa条件下反应时,合成的环碳酸酯反应转化程度较高。
Trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether cyclic carbonate was synthesized by carbon dioxide method. The effects of reaction temperature,pressure and catalysts amount on the reaction were studied by comparing with CO2 consumptions. The structure of the product was signified in FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectra. The results indicated that,the epoxy group in the trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether transformed to cyclic carbonate group. In the condition of 120 ℃ and 2 MPa, using 3% -4% tetrabutylammonium bromide as catalyst,the reaction yields was the highest.
