摘要
试验用链霉素等 5种抗生素对油用亚麻品种 (系 )陇亚 8号、94 1 0、90 3 3的种子进行浸泡处理 ,诱导雄性不育突变体 ,对获得的不育材料进行特征特性观察以及育性遗传分析。研究结果表明 :( 1 ) 5种抗生素均能诱发油用亚麻雄性不育突变 ,诱变剂种类、处理浓度及油用亚麻品种是影响诱变效果的重要因素。 ( 2 ) 94 1 0诱变处理获得 3株不育株 ,其 M2 表现育性分离 。
Five types of antibiotics were used to treat three linseed cultivars, Longya No.8、 9410 and 9033, to induce mutants of male sterile in this experiment. The investigation showed that: (1) the antibiotics may do physiological damage to linseed and induce male sterile mutant; (2) progenies of 3 male sterile plants from 9410 had fertility segregation in M 2 generation, the sterility was controlled by genes.
