摘要
通过对郑州市郊 8个奶牛场奶牛球虫感染情况的调查 ,发现 7个场为球虫阳性 ;球虫阳性率最高的场为 5 8 33% ,平均感染率 2 9 6 % ;成年牛感染率 9 82 % ,OPG值 16 3.6 4,青年牛感染率 40 % ,OPG值 36 9 2 3,犊牛感染率 6 3 0 4% ,OPG值186 2 0 7 发现 13种艾美耳属球虫和 2种等孢属球虫 ,分别是椭圆艾美耳球虫 (检出率 33.72 % ) ,奥博艾美耳球虫 (检出率12 2 7% ) ,阿拉巴艾美耳球虫 (检出率 0 6 5 % ) ,亚球形艾美耳球虫 (检出率 0 6 5 % ) ,怀俄明艾美耳球虫 (检出率 0 82 % ) ,伊利诺斯艾美耳球虫 (检出率 0 33% ) ,加拿大艾美耳球虫 (检出率 10 31% ) ,牛艾美耳球虫 (检出率 8 6 7% ) ,曼德拉艾美耳球虫 (检出率 12 77% ) ,柱状艾美耳球虫 (检出率 2 13% ) ,巴西艾美耳球虫 (检出率 3 2 7% ) ,邱氏艾美耳球虫 (检出率3 44 % ) ,博姆本艾美耳球虫 (检出率 6 4% ) ,以及等孢球虫 2个种
Epidemiology of dairy cow coccidiosis was investigated in eight dairy cow farms in suburban district of Zhengzhou.Coccidia present in seven dairy cow farms in which the highest infection rate was 58.33% and mean infection rate was 29.60%,the infection rate of adult dairy cow,young dairy cow and calves were 9.82%,40% and 63.04%,respectively.The OPG values of faecal specimens from adult dairy cow,young dairy cow and calves were 163.64,369.23 and 1 862.07 respectively.Thirteen species of eimeria coccidia were identified as follows:Eimeria alabamensis (0.98%),E.auburnensis (12.27%),E.bovis (8.67%),E.bombayansis (3.27%),E.canadansis (10.31%),E.cylindrica (2.13%),E.ellipsoidalis (33.72%),E.illinoisenis (0.33%),E.mundaragi (12.77%),E.subspherica (0.65%),E.wyomingensis (0.82%),E.zuernii (3.44%).Two species of Isospora spp.were discovered but were not identified.E.mundaragi and E.bombayansis were first discovered in China.
