瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉麻醉用于肥胖乳腺癌患者的效果观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉麻醉用于肥胖乳腺癌患者的临床效果。方法:将肥胖乳腺癌患者(肥胖组)和正常体重患者(对照组)各20例均采用瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉复合麻醉后行乳腺癌根治术,且两组诱导和麻醉方法相同,观察两组患者不同时间血流动力学指标变化及意识、自主呼吸恢复的时间。结果:与对照组比较,肥胖组的异丙酚用量明显增多(P<0.05);肥胖组患者诱导后血压、心率和血氧饱和度与入室后比较降低幅度较对照组明显(P<0.05);肥胖组患者手术开始后60 min及拔管时血压、心率与入室后差值与诱导后和入室后差值的比较均较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);肥胖组术后自主呼吸时间、呼之睁眼时间以及拔管时间均较对照组长(P<0.05)。肥胖组出现苏醒期躁动,对照组没有发生。结论:提示瑞芬太尼与异丙酚复合应用在肥胖患者乳腺癌根治术中的有效性和可控性。
