摘要
指出了资源与环境问题是当前发展的主要问题,分析了资源开发和环境保护的意义,从完善机制、资源政策、经济协调、国际合作等方面提出了相应的对策与措施。
Natural resources are the basis of human survival,but the unreasonable development and environmental disruption cause serious damages to economic growth either od our country or of our earth.The survival of the human environment is worsening,material,energy and the proportion of the population decreases ceaselessly,therefore,it is urgent to study the protection of natural resources and the natural environment.This paper puts forward some measures through the understanding of resource development and environmental protection reasons.
