摘要
以阳极氧化制备的ZrO2纳米管阵列为模板,采用水热法合成了不同量Y掺杂的BaZrO3纳米管阵列薄膜。通过TEM、XRD和SEM等方法对样品进行了表征。结果表明,样品薄膜均由纳米管组成,管壁光滑均匀。Y3+掺杂进入BaZrO3晶格中,产物具有立方钙钛矿型结构。不同掺杂量的纳米管阵列在400 nm光激发下发出波长为454 nm的蓝光和530 nm的绿光,并且在Y掺杂量小于5 mol%范围内,随着Y掺杂量的增加发光强度逐渐增强。
BaZrO3 nanotube arrays with different Y3+ doped contents were synthesized by hydrothermal method using ZrO2 nanotube layers as template.XRD,SEM and TEM analysis revealed that the Y3+ have been doped in the lattice of the BaZrO3 nanotubes,which have a cubic perovskite structure with uniform diameter and tubular wall.Photoluminescence(PL) property of the hybrid nanotube arrays were studied at room temperature.PL spectra,excited at 400 nm,were consist of blue emission at 454 nm and green emission at 530 nm.The intense of the emission peaks increased with the increasing Y3+ concentration(1-5 mol%) in the nanotube arrays.
