摘要
在价值多元化、生存网络化的背景下,90后大学生党员在理想信念方面呈现出新的特点。通过对淮安两所高校部分90后大学生党员的调查发现,高校党务工作者要立足于服务大学生党员的自我发展和帮助其解决实际问题的层面上,要善于将分散的、多元的个人理想引导汇聚到社会的共同理想上,从而有针对性地从学习近现代史、党史、发挥离退休老党员的榜样示范作用、积极挖掘微博、博客等新媒体的教育平台功能等7个方面提出教育引导途径。
