摘要
针对产学研合作下高职院校图书馆管理体制的变革与创新问题,讨论了建立符合高职图书馆发展的现代管理理念,构建以产学研为中心的服务体系,充分发挥馆员为产学研服务的积极性,使高职图书馆的改革和发展更适合现代实用型、创新型人才培养的需要。
In the light of the Transformation and innovation of the management system of the library of higher vocational college based on the cooperation of enterprise-university-research institution, this paper discusses th problem of making the reform and development of the library of higher practical and innovative talents through establishing vocational college more suitable for the needs of cultivating modern the modern management concept adapting to the development of the library of higher vocational college, setting up the service system centered by enterprise-university-research institution, and giving full play to librarians＇ enthusiasm of serving enterprise-university-research institution.
