摘要
女子水球运动在我国是一项开展晚进步快的体育项目,在28届北京奥运会上取得了第五名的好成绩。但是关于水球训练的基础理论的研究却较为少见。本文通过资料分析,从能量代谢的角度对女子水球项目的代谢类型、相应的运动供能模型等进行综述,将超量恢复理论运用于实际训练,探究有氧运动恢复模型对女子水球队的训练指导作用,为寻找水球运动的恢复规律及超量恢复区间进行理论探讨。
Women's Water Polo is a late statred but fast progressed sport project in our country,they achieved good achievement of the fifth in the 28th Beijing Olympic Games.But the study of the theory of the training about water polo are relatively rare.This article,elaborating on corresponding energy movement model from the angle of energy metabolism in women's waterpolo metabolic type,through the material analysis,and making the supercompensation theory applied to the practical training.This article is to explore aerobic exercise recovery model in women's waterpolo team's training guidance.Discussing theory to find the recovery regular and the supercompensation intervals of waterpolo movement.
