摘要 长期腹膜透析的终末期肾病患者体内始终存在着微炎症状态,研究表明微炎症状态与慢性肾脏病患者常见的并发症密切相关,如心血管疾病和营养不良,监测体内炎症因子水平可以预测死亡率及心血管事件的预后。本文综述了腹膜透析患者出现微炎症的原因、病理生理机制及防治措施。 Micro-inflammation state is observed in patients with end-stage renal disease ( ESRD), especially those receiving long-term peritoneal dialysis (PD). In recent years, the inflammation is strongly associated with common complication of chronic kidney disease, such as cardiovascular disease and malnutrition. The level of inflammatory markers have been shown consistently to be a powerful predictor of mortality and adverse cardiovascular outcomes in patients with PD. In this article, the potential causes, pathophysiological mechanisms and control measures of micro-inflammation in PD patients were reviewed.
