摘要
目的:探讨个体化应用微创穿刺清除术治疗高血压脑出血颅内血肿的方案。方法:经CT确诊的高血压脑出血患者346例,床边局部麻醉下快速实施颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术。个体化治疗分5种方案:①颅内血肿单针穿刺;②颅内血肿双针穿刺;③单侧脑室引流;④颅内血肿穿刺并单侧脑室引流;⑤双侧脑室引流并脑脊液置换。结果:346例患者中抢救成功295例,51例死亡,抢救成功率85.3%。结论:微创穿刺治疗高血压脑出血的个体化方案简单实用,可操作性强。
Objective：To explore the scheme of eliminating intracranial hematoma by individualized minimal invasive puncture in treatment of intracranial haematoma.Methods：Minimal invasive puncture were carried out under bedside local anesthesia for eliminating intracranial haematoma in 346 cases diagnosed with hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage by CT.Individualized treatment was divided into 5 scheme： single needle puncture,double needle puncture,single ventricle drainage, intracranial haematoma puncture together with single ventricle drainage,and double ventricle drainage together with cerebrospinal fluid replacement.Results：Two hundred and ninety-five cases were successfully rescued,51 cases died.The survival rate was 85.3%.Conclusions：Treatment with minimal invasive puncture in hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage is simple and practical.
