摘要
作为高校思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,高校辅导员队伍建设具有重要的战略意义,然而辅导员的角色定位却因各种原因而出现不当迁移。其整体素质和能力的高低,将直接影响到大学生能否成为社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。辅导员角色定位问题在辅导员队伍建设中具有首要的和战略的意义,是一个亟待解决的问题。
As the backbone of ideological and political education,the college counselors building is of strategic importance,however,because of the counselor＇s role and a variety of reasons,improper migration.Its overall quality and level of ability,will directly affect the students become a socialist qualified builders and reliable successors.Counselor role has the primary and strategic significance of counselor team building,it＇s an urgent problem to be solved.
