摘要
农村基础教育直接关系到我国农业、农村、农民的发展,影响着国民经济和社会发展的全局。自改革开放以来,中国的农村基础教育事业有了很大发展,基本普及了九年义务教育。但由于农村教育的先天基础不足及城乡二元机构的长期存在,农村的基础教育状况并没有得到根本性的改观,许多突出问题依然存在。本文旨在对当前中国农村基础教育存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出农村基础教育改革的发展策略。
Basic education in rural areas is directly related to the development of our agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and impact on global economic and social development.Since the reform and opening up,China＇s rural basic education has made significant progress,basically popularizing nine-year compulsory education.However,due to the innate basis of insufficient of rural education and urban and rural institutions exist for a long,the status of basic education in rural areas and not been fundamentally changed,many outstanding problems still exist.This article on the basis of analyzing the problems of China＇s current rural basic education,refers to the development strategy of basic education reform in rural areas.
