信息产业发展离不开市场经济 ,政府、企业、非政府机构均是信息产业发展的主体 ,必须合理的划分责任利益 ,调动各方积极性。注重需求拉动效应 ,以政府机构、国企、金融机构信息化为契机制造有效需求。
The development of information industry depends on market economy.Government,enterprise and other organizations are the main body to push it forward.We should rationally differentiate the responsibility and benefit and pay more attention to the information demand,which is the motive force to the growth and development of information market.
