普通DIP-8封装的集成电路,内设电流控制PWM,有自给电源,开启后,又自动加入自激电源;同时,还内置了730V/0.7A的功率MOSFET。电路结构精练,过热过流和过压等保护功能齐全,稳定可靠程度高,响应速度快,稳压精度高,适用于电网波动大的场合,也适用于负载有波动的场合,并适宜于两台及以上电源并联运行。
The DIP-8 packaging IC consists of current-controlled PWM, self-sufficient power and build-in 730V/0.7A MOSFET. When thefluctuations and little load changes w,ith its features of compact structure, high reliability, fast response, constant voltage of high accuracy, powerful overheat, overcurrent and overvoltage protection functions.
