军团菌病常用治疗药物的敏感性研究 被引量:1

摘要 嗜肺军团菌是引起人类军团病的重要病原体,治疗军团病的首选药物是红霉素。近年来,新大环内酯类抗生素及喹诺酮类抗生素被推荐用于军团病的治疗。本文就嗜肺军团菌对大环内酯类和喹诺酮类药物的抗菌机制、药代动力学及其敏感性做一简要概述。
