摘要
成人社会获得性肺炎(CAP)管理指南已被证明可降低儿童发病率及死亡率。本指南是协助临床医师对CAP患儿的处理,但不是诊断治疗的唯一方法。该指南包括以下几个方面的内容:医疗保健单位的处理决定,儿科CAP的诊断测试,抗感染治疗,儿科CAP的辅助手术及非抗感染治疗,对治疗无反应儿童的处理,出院标准,预防,目的是通过为临床医师提出推荐意见以降低儿童CAP的发病率和死亡率。
Adult CAP management guideline has been proven to reduce morbidity and mortality.The guideline is to help clinicians in the management of pediatric CAP patients,but is not intended to be the only way of diagnosis and treatment.The guide includes the following aspects： the treatment decisions of health care units,pediatric CAP diagnostic tests,anti-infective therapy,auxiliary surgery and non-anti-infective therapy,management of non-response patients,discharge criteria and prevention of pediatric CAP.The ultimate purpose of this guide is to make recommendations for clinicians to reduce the morbidity and mortality of pediatric CAP.
