摘要
检验检疫样品物流综合调度与管理系统借鉴了现代物流理论中的循环取货原理,采用第三方物流服务进行集中统一的上门取样和递送检疫报告。系统综合运用了PDA手持终端、全球卫星定位系统(GPS)、地理信息系统(GIS),以及智能车辆路径规划算法等先进技术,能够达到提高送检效率,节约检验成本的目的。
Based on the milk run method in modern logistics theory,this paper introduces an integrated logistics scheduling and managing system for Inspection and quarantine samples.The system adopts the third-party logistics service to provide centralized and unified pickup(for products) and delivering(for reports) service.It comprehensively applies many advanced techniques,such as PDA,GPS,GIS,intellective vehicle routing algorithms and so on,to achieve the goal of lifting inspecting efficiency and lowering quarantine cost.
