癫癎与非癫癎儿童96例脑脊液催乳素检测及对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨脑脊液催乳素水平在癫癎与非癫癎儿童中的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法:采用放射免疫分析法测定32例癫癎患儿(癫癎组)和33例患有惊厥但临床已排除癫癎(非癫癎组)及31例无惊厥患儿(对照组)的脑脊液催乳素水平。结果:癫癎组脑脊液催乳素水平明显高于非癫癎组与对照组(P<0.05);非癫癎组脑脊液催乳素水平高于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测脑脊液催乳素水平可为癫癎临床诊断和鉴别诊断提供依据。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic significance of CSF prolactin levels in epilepsy.Methods:The CSF prolactin levels of 32 epileptic children,33 non-epileptic children and 31 control group children were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results:The levels of CSF prolactin was significantly higher in epilepsy group than non-epilepsy and control group(P0.05).There was significantly statistical difference between groups(P0.05).The levels of CSF prolactin in non-epilepsy group was higher than thase in control group,but there was no statistical difference between groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Detecting the levels of CSF prolactin will be beneficial to the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis in epilepsy.
