摘要
以A4VSO变量柱塞泵结构参数为基础建立数学模型,设计了最小值控制器,通过采用闭环控制策略来实现变量泵的电子控制。运用Simulink软件建立了电子控制变量泵的仿真模型。结果显示,电子控制变量泵响应速度更快、控制更加灵活,能够有效的改善流量、压力、功率转换带来的压力波动。
Structural parameters of piston pumps with variable A4VSO based on a mathematical model designed minimum controller,through the use of closed-loop control strategy to achieve electronically controlled variable displacement pump.The electronic control variable pump was dynamics simulation with simulink software,the results show that the response speed electronically controlled variable pump faster and more flexible control,can effective improve the flow,pressure,power convert,the pressure fluctuations.
