摘要
近年来,随着社会的发展,一些青年特别是大学生的行为越来越偏激,并导致了严重的后果,但是,很多青年对违纪档案对自己造成的影响不是很清楚。本文分析了违纪档案管理对当代青年成长的影响分析,通过完善违纪档案管理来指导和教育违纪青年,为社会挽救失足青年提供借鉴。
In recent years,with the development of society,some young people especially college students＇ behavior is more and more extreme,which causes serious consequences,however,for many youth,the impact of discipline-violating file on themselves is not very clear.This paper analyzes the impact of discipline-violating archives management on contemporary youth＇s growth,and guides and educates the youth,through the improvement of discipline-violating archives management,in order to provide reference for redeeming the young who took a wrong step in life.
