摘要
目的：探讨唇腭裂患儿术前访视及术中护理、配合方法和技巧,为唇腭裂患儿手术安全创造条件。方法：选用2004年12月~2010年12月共70例唇腭裂患儿,回顾总结其术前访视、术前器械准备、术中巡回配合的方法和技巧。结果：70例唇腭裂患儿均安全度过手术期,未见明显并发症。结论：充分的术前访视,密切的术中巡回观察,严格无菌操作和专科护士的娴熟技术操作配合,是手术成功的重要保证。
Objective：This paper focus on the research of visiting before surgery,nursing during surgery,the methods and techniques of cooperation on children with cleft lip and palate,and create conditions of safe surgery for children with cleft lip and palate.Methods：Through analysis 70 cases of children with cleft lip and palate surgically treated from 2004.12～2010.12,the researchers review and conclude that the nursing cares such as pre-operation interview,material and equipment preparation and the methods and techniques of closely intraoperative cooperation.Results： 70 cases of children with cleft lip and palate operation were all safely through the period without no significant complications.Conclusions： Adequate preoperative interview,close observation of patients in the tour,strict aseptic operations and technical operations specialist with skilled nurses is an important guarantee for a successful operation.
