摘要
利用XPS、高压连续流动反应器和化学处理等技术 ,考察了WO3/γ -Al2 O3催化剂中加入NiO和SiO2 对钨的结构状态及其硫化性能的影响。结果表明 :金属钨在载体上存在两种状态 :一种是与载体表面弱活性中心结合的钨 (八面体 ) ,易被硫化 ;另一种是与载体表面强活性中心结合的钨 (四面体 ) ,难被硫化 ;两种结合状态的比值约为 6∶4。加入NiO或在γ -Al2 O3中加入SiO2 均有利于钨的硫化。
WT4”BZ]The influence of adding NiO and SiO2 to WO3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst on the structure of W and its sulfide behavior have been examined by using XPS, high pressure continuous flow reactor and chemical treatment The results show that W exists two kinds of structures on γ-Al2O3: one is octahedral W occupied on week active sites of γ-Al2O3, which is easy to be sulfided; the other is tetrahedral W occupied on strong active sites of γ-Al2O3, which is difficult to be sulfided; and the ratio of the two kinds of W is about 6∶4 The sulfide degree of W has been increased by adding NiO and SiO2 to WO3/γ-Al2O3
