摘要
目的探讨对2型糖尿病患者实施综合性护理干预对血糖及治疗依从性的影响及临床意义。方法将确诊的70例2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组(综合护理)和对照组(常规护理)各35例;对照组仅根据病情需要给予常规基础护理,观察组给予心理护理、饮食护理、运动护理、用药指导、定期随访等一系列的综合性护理干预措施,应用统计学方法对比分析两组患者治疗的依从性、血糖控制情况以及护理观察指标如护理满意度等。结果两组比较,干预组的依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.01);干预组的血糖指标控制效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组的护理满意度97.1%(34/35),对照组的护理满意度74.2%(26/35),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施综合性护理干预后,其治疗依从性得到明显提高,血糖控制效果好,护理满意度也明显提高。
Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing implementation for type 2 diabetes on blood glucose and the effects of treatment compliance and clinical significance. Methods Diagnosed 70 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group (integrated care) and the control group (usual care) of the 35 cases, the control group was only the condition of patients treated with conventional primary care, psychological care given to the observation group, diet care, exercise care, medication guide, regular follow-up and a series of comprehensive care interventions, the application of statistical methods to compare two groups were analyzed treatment compliance, glycemic control, as well as nursing care and observation of indicators such as satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group, the compliance of the in- tervention group was lower than the control group, the difference was extremely significant (P 〈 0.01). Intervention group, control blood sugar was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Satisfaction with care and intervention group was 97.1% (34/35), satisfaction with care and the control group was 74.2% (26/35), two groups of the difference was nursing satisfaction, statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes care and the implementation of comprehensive interventions, its significantly improved treatment adherence, glycemic control is good, nursing satisfaction has improved markedly.
