摘要
技术创新是社会发展的动力，知识产权保护是技术创新的保证。本文分1、DNA片段、基因、蛋白质；2、动物模型；3、微生物；4、新的生物技术方法四部分对生物医学领域中的可专利性主题进行了探讨，对于提高科技人员的知识产权意识、增强专利申请的针对性具有一定的借鉴作用。
Technical innovation promotes the social development while intellectual property protection spirits up the technical innovation. In this article, we discussed the patentable subject matters in biological medicine： 1.DNA fragments, genes, proteins; 2.animal models; 3.microorganisms; 4.new biotechnological methods. Our purposes were to promote the intellectual property consciousness and boost up the pertinence of patents application.
