摘要
本文着力探讨初中教育的发展定位和实现发展思路的若干策略,重点阐述了"一个都不能少"的学生观和"一切为了学生,为了学生的一切"的教育观的具体把握,夯实一种衔接中的具体内容,强化五种核心机制的关键构件以及做实六种工作措施的实施落脚点等四个方面的策略解读。
This paper discusses the development of secondary education and the strategies for development, focusing on four aspects： the outlook of ＂allowing no one to lag behind,＂ ＂everything is done for the students, every- thing is for the students＂; ensuring a smooth transition from primary to secondary education; strengthening five core mechanisms and taking six effective measures.
