摘要
目的 :测定海洛因成瘾者脱瘾后唾液表皮生长因子 (EGF)含量 ,观察相应的舌苔变化 ,探讨成瘾者 EGF与舌苔的关系及脾虚的本质。方法 :92例海洛因成瘾者脱毒后 15～ 30 d,对照组 85例 ,测定唾液 EGF并同时观察舌苔。结果 :成瘾者唾液 EGF含量比对照组显著低下 (P <0 .0 1)。成瘾者舌苔厚腻者明显多于对照组。结论 :海洛因成瘾者脱瘾后
Objective:To investigate the epidermal growth factor(EGF) in heroin addicts after detoxification and the coating on the tongue,and the relation in basis on spleen asthenia of addicts of EGF and the coating on the tongue.Methods:92 heroin addicts after detoxification for 15 30 days and 85 cases in control group were measured on EGF of saliva and coating on the tongue.Results:EGF level of addicts were lower than those of the control group. Thick fur on the tongue in addicts were more than in control group.Conclusion:The lower EGF is one of the causes of spleen asthenia and thick fur on the tongue in heroin addicts after detoxification.
