摘要
对于学术不端行为防范问题,多数专家学者都是从作者不端行为防范入手,防范策略也多从制度层面、道德约束、编辑策略等方面进行探讨。本文在探讨作者学术不端行为及其防范的基础上,试从编辑学术不端行为及其防范展开研究,重在探讨利用计算机技术防范学报学术不端行为。
Aacademic misconduct prevention is generally approached by most experts and scholars from the prevention of author misconduct and its strategies are discussed from the perspective of system, moral control,and editing strategies and so forth.Based on the elaboration of authors＇ academic misconduct and its prevention,a research was conducted in light of editors＇ academic misconduct and its prevention with the focus primarily on the prevention of journal academic misconduct by using computer technology.
