摘要
目的:探讨创伤性膈肌破裂的临床护理措施,为临床工作提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年1月～2010年10月收治的46例创伤性膈肌破裂的患者资料,总结其临床护理措施,并提出相应的注意事项。结果:46例患者经过我院的积极手术治疗与优质的临床护理,患者均康复出院,平均住院时间在(8.97±2.22)天,治愈率达100%,患者均无并发症出现。结论:对创伤性膈肌破裂的患者,临床需要进行早期正确的判断,护士给予高质量的圈手术期护理服务,以避免并发症发生,促进患者早日康复。
Objective：Of traumatic diaphragmatic rupture clinical care measures,provide a reference for clinical work. Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2009 - October 2010 admitted 46 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic rupture patient data to summarize the clinical care measures,and the corresponding notes.Result：46 patients through the hospital＇s aggressive surgical treatment with high-quality clinical care,patients were discharged,the average length of stay in（8.97±2.22） days,the cure rate of 100%of patients had no complications.Conclusion：Of traumatic diaphragmatic rupture in patients with clinical need for early correct diagnosis,nurses to give high-quality perioperative care to avoid complications and promote patient recovery.
