摘要
以奥巴马总统上台大幅度调整对俄政策并重启俄美关系为契机,俄罗斯也开始积极调整外交战略,改变以往对以美国为首的西方国家的强硬立场,把后者作为外交优先方向;通过改善与西方国家的关系吸引后者的资金和技术以服务于国内的现代化建设。奥巴马政府大力调整对俄政策以及俄罗斯对自身地位的重新认知分别构成了俄罗斯本轮"西向性"外交战略调整的总体背景。
As President Obama was in power and drastically adjusted the U.S.＇s Russian policy and reestablished normal relations with Russia, Russia took this opportunity to adjust its diplomatic strategy actively, changed its tough line against the West countries headed by the United States and its diplomacy was heavily oriented toward the West; Russia attracted capitals and technology from the West for its domestic modernization construction. That Obama＇s government made great efforts to adjust its Russian policy and Russia recognized its position in the world constituted the general background of this round of adjustment of Russia＇s West-oriented diplomatic strategy.
