陕南茶区引种茶树抗寒性比较分析 被引量:3

Cold Resistance Comparison of Introduced Tea Varieties in Tea Area of Southern Shaanxi

摘要 为研究引种茶树品种的抗寒适应性,以福鼎大白茶树为对照,对引种的乌牛早、农抗早、元宵绿3种茶树叶片进行人工低温胁迫处理,测定低温胁迫下茶树叶片的电解质渗透率、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、POD活性和SOD活性,分析低温胁迫下茶树生理生化指标的变化规律。结果表明,4个茶树品种的抗寒能力依次为农抗早>乌牛早>福鼎大白>元宵绿。 In order to study cold resistance of introduced tea tree varieties,tea leaves from Wuniuzao,Nongkangzao,and Yuanxiaolü varieties were studied under the treatment of artificial low temperature stress,and Fudingdabai tea was used as control.After testing the electrolyte leakage,MDA,proline content,SSC,POD,SOD activity,the varied patterns of some physiological and biochemical indexes were analyzed.The results indicated that the order of the cold-hardiness of four varieties is Nongkangzao Wuniuzao Fudingdabai Yuanxiaolü.
