摘要
儒商是指商人群体中那些自觉以儒家伦理观念来指导商业经营实践的商人。商品经济的发展,使明清社会涌现出了大批儒商。儒商形象也开始不断进入文学殿堂,特别是"三言""二拍"中描写了大量儒商。他们能在商业经营活动中自觉地遵守诚信为本、信守承诺、以义取利、义利并举、贵和尚中、和气生财等文化精神。探讨儒商文化精神,对我们今天构建和谐的市场经济秩序,加强现代企业管理有着重要的启示意义。
In Ming and Qing Dynasty,some businessmen apply Confucian ideas to the business activities and have been shaped Confucian businessmen.There are many Confucian businessmen image in Sanyan and Erpai.The Confucian economic ethics is composed of the idea of making money by morality,Sincerity and Friendliness,which provide valuable experiences for the modern business morality construction in the harmony market-oriented economy and management of modern enterprises.
