摘要
农村住宅是农民生活的载体,直接体现着农民的生活质量和农村的建设风貌。在我国大力发展和促进新农村建设的背景下,吉林省新农村住宅的需求量明显增加,在大量建设的过程中,传统的农村住宅建造模式暴露出低技术、低质量等诸多缺陷。探讨适应时代发展的新型装配式农村住宅建造模式,研究和设计组成住宅的各个模块体系,可以为我省农民住宅建设提供借鉴和参考。
Rural residence is the carrier of farmers＇life, directly reflects the farmers living quality and the construction of rural style. In the vigorous development and promotion of new rural construction in Jilin province, the demand for new rural house significantly increased. In the process, traditional rural residential building mode exposed many defects suan as low technology, low quality. To explore the new residential nodule of the new times, study and design the composition module of farmers＇ housing can provide reference for the construction of residential housing in our province.
