摘要
目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术对术后视力及眼表的影响。方法将我院2009年1月～2011年1月30例行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术的老年白内障患者作为研究对象,主要从术后视力恢复情况以及术后干眼症状、眼表情况及术后并发症情况进行研究。结果患者术后不同时间视力均较术前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着术后随访时间的延长,患者的泪膜破裂时间逐渐缩短,干眼症评分逐渐增加,与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术中最多见的并发症是晶状体后囊膜破裂共4眼,占11.11%(4/36),虹膜脱出2眼,占5.56%(2/36),术后最多见的并发症是角膜水肿,共5眼,占13.89%(5/36),前房出血2眼,占5.56%(2/36),人工晶体偏中心1眼,占2.78%(2/36)。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术对老年白内障患者术后视力具有较好的恢复作用,安全性高,并发症少,虽然对眼表具有一定的影响,但我们术中注意改进手术方式,尽量减轻对眼表上皮组织的机械性损伤,提高手术技巧,可以使其广泛推广和应用。
Objective To study and explore the small-incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation on visual acuity and ocular effects. Methods A routine small-incision phacoemulsifieation cataract extraction and intraoeular lens implantation in senile cataract patients were studied, mainly from the recovery of visual acuity and postoperative symptoms of dry eye, ocular surface conditions and postoperative complications were studied in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011. Results The patients were compared with preoperative visual acuity at different times improved significantly, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. With the postoperative follow-up time, tear film break up time of patients with progressively shorter, dry eye score gradually increased, compared with the preoperative, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The most common intraoperative complication was posterior capsule rupture were four, accounting for 11.11% （4/36）, iris prolapse two, accounting for 5.56% （2/36）, the most common postoperative complication was eomeal ede ma, a total of five was accounting for 13.89% （5/36）, hyphema in 2 eyes, accounting for 5.56% （2/36）, IOL deeentration in 1 eye, accounting for 2.78% （2/36）. Conclusion Small incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens im plantation in cataract surgery in elderly patients have good recovery of visual effects, and can reduce the incidence of dry eye, high safety, fewer complications, although the ocular surface with a certain impact, but we pay attention to improving the surgical technique to minimize the mechanical ocular surface epithelial damage, improve surgical techniques, and ap- plications can make it widely.
