气孔特性在亚洲栽培稻分类中的应用研究

摘要 为补充亚洲栽培稻分类中的缺陷,以典型粳稻、偏粳型稻、典型籼稻、偏籼型稻为试验对象,采用分层聚类的方法,探讨气孔性状作为亚洲栽培稻分类指标的可能性。从判别函数中可以看出,气孔性状是重要的亚显微形态指标,可以作为栽培稻分类的一个重要指标。 It is concluded from the discrimination functions that stomatal was only an important taxonomically characters, in addition, stomatal length of abaxial epidermis in flag leaf﹑stomatal frequency of abaxial epidermis of secondary leaf and stomatal frequency of adaxial epidermis in thirdth leaf were mostly important among all stomatal characters in rice classification. Stomatal characters were a very important taxonomically indexes, which should be studied further.
