摘要
WAGR综合征是一种由于染色体11p13等的基因畸变导致的罕见遗传性家族性肿瘤综合征,其临床表现复杂,主要表现为:Wilms瘤、无虹膜畸形、泌尿生殖系统异常和智力发育迟缓。由于在中医基础理论中,"肾"与生殖系统、大脑的功能,以及"目"的关系是非常密切的。本文以中医理论中"肾精"的生理、病理为主线,将这些临床表现串联在一起;将肾的先天之精包括了染色体及其基因的正常结构、功能。将WAGR综合征中11p13等染色体及其基因突变理解为先天精气的不足或异常。
WAGR syndrome is one of the rarest familial hereditary ontological syndromes caused by the genetic mutations in the chromosome of 11p13.The main manifestations of the WAGR syndrome are Willms tumor,aniridia,genitourinary anomalies and mental retardation.As the ＂Kidney＂ in Traditional Chinese Medical theory is closely related with reproductive system,brain function,as well as eyes,this manuscript set the ＂kidney essence＂ as the principle line to connect these manifestations together.And we also conclude the congenital essence of kidney including the normal structures and functions of genes.
