摘要 目的通过对临床上胰岛素治疗糖尿病的不良反应现象的分析,探讨不良反应的发生与不同种类的胰岛素间的关系,降低不良反应的发生率,提高用药的安全性。方法采用回顾性分析法,对临床上280例使用胰岛素治疗糖尿病的患者不良反应资料进行统计分析,记录胰岛素强化治疗组、甘精胰岛素治疗组、联合用药组的不良反应的发生率。结果不良反应的总发生率分别为:低血糖48例(17.1%)、过敏反应5例(1.8%)、体重增加19例(6.8%)、脂肪组织增生3例(1.1%)。单独使用胰岛素强化治疗组和联合用药组的低血糖发生率均高于甘精胰岛素治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胰岛素治疗糖尿病的临床不良反应以低血糖为最常见,且其发生率与临床上胰岛素的品种和用法有密切关系,治疗时选择有效的用药方法尤为重要,应引起医务工作者的重视。 Objective To analyze clinical manifestation of adverse drug reaction of insulin in treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus,and to discuss the occurrence of adverse reactions associated with different types of insulin relationships,reduce the occurring rate of adverse reactions,improve drug safety.Methods retrospective analysis,280 cases of clinical use insulin therapy for diabetes patients adverse reaction of statistical analysis,the record insulin intensie treatment group Kennedy fine insulin therapy of the combined treatment group the incidence of aderse eents.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions are:The hypoglycemia 48(17.1%),allergic reaction 5(1.8%),weight gain 19(6.8%),adipose tissue hyperplasia 3(1.1%) to use insulin alone intensie treatment group and the incidence of hypoglycemia combined treatment group were higher than in Kennedy fine insulin group,the difference was statistically significant,(P 0.01).Conclusion Insulin therapy of diabetes clinical adverse reaction to hypoglycemia as the most common,and the incidence and insulin and the variety of clinical usage have close relations,choose effective treatment to the preparation method particularly important,should cause the attention of medical workers.
