介绍了油田企业资产设备管理队伍的现状与问题,初步探索了改进措施的制定,为油田企业加强资产设备管理队伍建设提供有益的借鉴。
This paper describes the current situation and problems of the capital equipment management team building in oilfield,and explores the improvement measures,in order to provide useful lessons for improving the building of capital equipment management team.
