对某型号飞机弯梁零件常规转数控过程中遇到的问题和采取的对策作了较为详细的阐述,以点带面地介绍了无数字化模型零件进行取点建模、程序调试和刀具选择、工艺方案的制定以及仿真检验的具体措施和注意事项,所提供的转化经验与方法,具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper,the curved beam part of a type of aircraft problems encountered in the process of conventional rotary NC and take measures to conduct a more detailed description,from point to an area discussed how the digital model of parts to take point modeling,how to program debugging,how to choose tools and how to develop technology solutions.The experience and methods of transformation have some reference value in the article.
