摘要
通过分解特性的测试及DSC分析 ,研究了稀土稳定剂对AC发泡剂分解温度、速度、发气量的影响 ,并与铅盐稳定剂作了相应对比 ;研究了不同用量稀土稳定剂存在时AC的分解特性 ;根据研究结果 ,对稀土稳定剂在PVC U微发泡板材中的应用作出初步评价。
The influences of rareearth stabilizer on the decomposition temperature and velocity and the gas yield of azodicarbonamide(AC) are studied and compared with lead stabilizers by decomposition characteristics tests and DSC.AC’s decomposition characteristics at different dosage of rareearth stabilizer is also probed. From the results,application of rareearth stabilizer in slightly foamed PVCU boards is preliminarily assessed.
