摘要 用本体聚合制备聚苯乙烯(PS)/蒙脱土嵌入混杂材料,并对混杂材料用X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法、透射电子显微镜、红外光谱进行表征测试,发现在嵌入混杂材料中PS以双分子层嵌入蒙脱土层间,由于受到蒙脱土晶层的限制,PS的玻璃化转变发生很大的变化。 Montmorillonite was modified with long chain quaternary ammonium salt through cation exchanging reaction. The modified montmorillonite became more organophilic compared with its precursor and could be dispersed in styrene uniformly because of the effect of solvation. Polystyrene (PS)/ montmorillonite intercalated hybrid was prepared with bulk polymerization process, and then, was characterized by means of XRD, DSC, TEM and FTIR. It was found that the PS in the form of double - molecule layer intercalated the montmorillonite. The glass transition behavior of the PS was changed greatly because of the constriction of the montmorillonite layer.
