摘要
采用红外光谱、差示扫描量热法、凝胶渗透色谱法等对线型低密度聚乙烯反应挤出接枝苯乙烯进行了研究,考察了引发剂浓度、温度、螺杆转速、溶胀时间等对接枝比及熔体流动指数的影响,同时考察了接枝物对聚乙烯/聚苯乙烯合金性能的影响。
The reactive extrusion grafting of styrene onto linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) was studied in this paper. The effects of swelling temperature, initiator concentration, extrude temperature and rotation rates of the extruder screw on the grafting ratio were examined. The conditions for acquiring optimum grafting ratio were that the LLDPE should swell in the styrene monomers that contained 1.2% dicumyl peroxide at 70℃ for 30 minutes; the extrude temperature was 160℃ in first zone, 180℃ in second zone and 200℃ in third zone of the extruder, respectively; and the screw speed was 25 r/min. It was found out that the grafted LLDPE served the function of compatibilizer in the PS/LLDPE blend, and therefore, raised the mechanical properties of the blend.
