低渗裂缝性高凝稠油油藏油井选择性堵水技术 被引量:4

摘要 针对牛心坨油田的储层特性、原油物性、出水特点,从堵水剂的选择、堵水剂成胶前与原油的流度比差异、成胶后强度、施工工艺、施工参数等多方面进行深入研究。研究认为,牛心坨油田因油水黏度差大、地层非均质性,导致裂缝诱导、注入水窜流,并研制出了适合该油田的选择性堵水工艺,现场应用2口井,取得了较好的增油降水效果。研究内容填补了国内外低渗裂缝性高凝稠油选择性堵水领域的空白,为同类油田的选择性堵水找到了切实可行的突破口。 This paper investigated the water shutoff technology considering the selection of water shutoff agents,the mobility difference between the agents and crude oil before gelling,strength after gelling,operation process and parameters,etc.based on the reservoir characteristics,crude physical properties and water production features in Niuxintou Oilfield.The study indicates that channeling of injected water exists in the oilfield due to the large difference in oil and water viscosity,formation heterogeneity and fracture induction and a suitable selective water shutoff technology has been developed for the oilfield.The technology was applied in two wells in the field,increased oil production and reduced water production.The technology has filled the gap in selective water shutoff for low permeability fractured high pour-point heavy oil reservoirs,and is helpful to the selective water shutoff in the similar oilfields.
