摘要
针对钟表产品模具设计与制造现状,结合现代模具设计制造中采用的新工艺和新方法,应用CimatronE软件进行手表的产品造型,再根据产品的结构特点设计模具结构,从而生成模具成型零件实体;同时利用该软件自带的数控自动编程及刀路仿真系统对成型零件的加工过程进行模拟仿真,选择最佳刀具路径和优化数控加工程序.
Based on the watch mould designing and manufacturing situation and combined with the new technology and new methods utilized in modern mould designing and manufacturing, this experiment uses the software CimatronE to model for watch products and, according to the structure characteristics of the products, designs mold structure to create its molding part substance. At the same time, choosing the best tool path and optimization of NC machine programming, this experiment makes use of the function of CNC automatic programming and knife road simulation system that the software has for analog emulation of molding parts processing.
