摘要
目的:观察参冬消渴汤治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,采用参冬消渴汤(太子参、麦冬、黄连、生地、山药、半夏)治疗,对照组30例,采用二甲双胍片治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月,观察两组病人空腹血糖FPG)、餐后两小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白含量以及主要症状改善情况。结果:治疗组和对照组均能明显降低患者血糖指标,但在改善临床症状方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为70%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参冬消渴汤治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证临床疗效满意,在改善临床症状和临床疗效方面均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the Shendong Xiaoke decoction on treating type 2 diabetes.Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treated group（30 cases）was given the Shendong Xiaoke decoction treatment,the control group（30 cases）was given metformin tablets treatment,both groups were treated continuously for 3 months,FPG,2hPG,glycated hemoglobin levels,and the main symptoms improvement of the two groups were observed.Results：The two groups could significantly reduce blood glucose targets,however,the treated group was better than the control group in the improvement of clinical symptoms（P0.05,P0.01）;compared the clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treated group（86.67%）was better than of the control group（70%）（P0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of the Shendong Xiaoke decoction in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus was satisfied,the treated group was better than the control group in the improvement of clinical symptoms and the clinical efficacy.
