摘要
目的:分析外科重症监护病房(SICU)药物咨询的特点,为深入开展药物咨询工作提供参考。方法:统计分析2009年1月～2011年12月的SICU药物咨询记录。结果:临床医生主要是通过面对面方式进行药物咨询;药物咨询内容涉及面广,药品用法用量、药品不良反应和药物选用方面的内容居前三位;咨询抗感染药物居首位,其次是消化系统和循环系统药物。结论:SICU药物咨询与门诊及住院病房不同,咨询药物种类繁多,内容复杂,要求临床药师药学专业知识全面,反馈及时和准确。
Objective： To analyze the characteristics of drug consulting in SICU to provide the information for further drug consulting.Method： The records of drug consulting in SICU during January in 2009 to December in 2011 were analyzed.Result： The face-to-face drug consulting was the main means used by doctors.The contents of drug consulting were comprehensive,and among the total contents,usage and administration,adverse reactions and drug choice were the top three.Among the drugs consulted,antibiotics were ranked the first followed by digestive system and circulatory system medicines.Conclusion： The drug consultation in SICU is different from that in out-patient and in-patient.The drugs consulted include all kinds and the contents are complicated in SICU,and clinical pharmacists need wide medicine knowledge to offer precise information in time.
