摘要
随着TD-SCDMA网络建设规模的不断扩大,2G与3G网络间的重选非常频繁,TD-SCDMA与GSM系统间重选时延较长是目前影响网络接通率的一个重要因素。如何缩短2G/3G重选时延、改善呼叫不可达问题,提升用户感受,是2G/3G网络融合的又一重要课题。TD/GSM双网准Fast Return技术提供了一种TD-SCDMA终端快速重选返回TD-SCDMA网络的方法,在不需大规模升级现有GSM网络的情况下,仅对TD-SCDMA系统及终端进行相应改造,即可实现Rel-6的Fast Return功能等同效果。
With the keeping spread of TD-SCDMA network construction,the reselection between 2G and 3G is frequent,the long reselection time between 2G and 3G is an important factor which affects the network call completing rate.How to cut down the reselection time,improve the problem that can not reach the subscriber and advance the consumer’s feeling is a very important task to the network combination of 2G and 3G.TD/GSM semi fast return technology proves a method that TD subscriber can return to TDSCDMA network quickly.We can only change the TD system and subscribers to carry out the same effect of Rel-6 and without cosmically upgrading the existing GSM network.
