摘要
为研究径向直叶片湿式旋流除尘器性能,利用PCI-1711L数据采集卡、Sailsors TF-120热式流量计、SWRProSens 304静电粉尘探测仪及PC机构成硬件框架,使用VB编写PC端采集软件建立数据采集系统。文中介绍了系统的硬件构成和主要功能模块的设计,系统实现了对除尘器运行时进出口的粉尘浓度、风量、运行压力、温度的在线监测,实时数据曲线,智能建立数据库等功能。采集结果对研究径向直叶片湿式旋流除尘器性能及其自动化控制有指导意义。
To study the performance of the radial-straight-blade wet cyclone scrubber,this paper used PCI-1711L data acquisition card,Sailsors TF-120 flowmeter,SWR ProSens 304 and PC to build the hardware part of the data acquisition system and the software part was programmed by VB.The paper described the hardware of the system and the decision of the main function modules.The system can achieve the function of monitor of dust concentration,air flow,press and temperature on-line real-time curve,establish a database and so on.The results are helpful for the research of the performance of the radial-straight-blade wet cyclone scrubber and the automatic control of it.
