基于2.4GHz模块的轮胎内温度压力测试系统设计

摘要 提出一种新的轮胎内温度压力测试的解决方案,即基于2.4 GHz无线信息传输模块构成轮胎内温度压力测试装置。文中给出了其工作原理与硬件选型,完成DS18B20温度传感器与微处理器的接口、压力信号采集的前置放大电路、RFW102与微处理器的接口3个主要硬件模块的设计。在软件设计方面,完成温度压力信号采集软件的实现,制定了无线信息传输协议,并完成了传输软件的设计。经测试,所研究基于2.4 GHz模块的轮胎内压测试系统实验运行正常。 This paper presented a new tire pressure testing temperature solution,based on 2.4 GHz wireless information transmission module tire temperature and pressure test device.This paper presented its working principle and hardware selection,completed the temperature sensor DS18B20 and microprocessor interface,pressure signal acquisition the preamplifier,RFW102 microprocessor with the interface of the three main hardware module design.In the software design,it completed the temperature and pressure signal acquisition software implementation,formulated the wireless information transfer protocol,and designed the transmission software.It is proved by experiment that the tire pressure monitoring system based on 2.4 GHz module has good performance and runs well.
